Four Beaches is located at the junction of two dead ends: Cosey Beach Avenue and Mansfield Grove Road. While pedestrians are welcome to cut through the property on the road, for privacy and security automobile access to the complex is limited to the Cosey Beach entrance. No thru-traffic is allowed. 

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, our team of Greeters staffs the front entrance.

The parking garages under all three buildings have 24-hour surveillance equipment installed in multiple locations. 

Both the East Haven Police Department and the East Haven Fire Department are intimately familiar with the property and are very responsive to issues of safety and security that may arise. 

Both the tennis courts and the swimming pool are fenced, with access limited to residents and their immediate families with an activated RFID fob. Guests may use the facilities only in the company of a resident. 

There are no lifeguards at either the pool and or beaches, but  safety equipment including a flotation ring and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) are visibly available in the pool area.
