Community Events at the Four Beaches Clubhouse

Guidelines

The Four Beaches clubhouse is perhaps the most underutilized amenity on the property, especially now that Association meetings are held via Zoom. The Board would like to open up the clubhouse to resident-sponsored events for the Four Beaches community. There will be no rental charge for these events. (Residents wishing to host a party or event for friends outside of our community are invited to rent the clubhouse under our current rules.)

We would like to launch this initiative by inviting residents who are interested in hosting exhibits of their artwork/handicrafts/hobbies/photography under the following guidelines:

Events are intended for the Four Beaches community and will be open to all residents and their guests.

There will be no charge for admission. (Possible exception re: donations for charitable events.)

No sales or signs indicating items for sale.

Resident(s) participating in/hosting such events may provide free refreshments and will be responsible for set-up and clean-up.

No political or religious events or materials of any kind.

No recurring meetings such as AA, NA, Al-Anon, etc.

Residents interested in hosting a Four Beaches community event should submit their proposal to the Board via kbudrewicz@cremllc.com a minimum of two weeks ahead of time.

The property manager and our website team can alert residents to clubhouse events.

For now, masks are encouraged for all, regardless of vaccination status, for indoor events.

This is a pilot program that may be cancelled or amended at the Board’s discretion.

The clubhouse remains available for private rental under current rules. In the event of a conflict, rental events will have priority.
