Meet the Four Beaches
Executive Board of Directors

Nancy Del Giudice, President: Nancy and her husband, Ernie, have been full-time residents of Four Beaches since 2011. She is a long-time employee of Honeywell International, and has been a member of the Board since 2017. As Chairman of the Decorating Committee, Nancy was instrumental in recent improvements to the pool area, including new furniture and fencing, and upgrades to the bathrooms; new benches for the bluffs; and seasonal decorative displays in each building. 

Mark Sattelberger, Vice-President:  Mark and his wife, Selina, moved to Four Beaches in 2017, and Mark joined the Board the following year. A recently retired member of local and state law enforcement, Mark quickly became a fixture at Four Beaches, overseeing various renovation projects, and serving as grill master for Four Beaches picnics on the Great Lawn. 

Liz Stein, Secretary: Liz joined the Four Beaches Community in the summer of 2017. A self-employed writer working from home, Liz has become a familiar presence in the neighborhood during her frequent walks with her dog, Buddy (who can often be found “helping” Greeters welcome visitors at the entrance). Liz joined the Board in the spring of 2020.

Vicky Bozzuto, Treasurer: Vicki and her husband, Joe, moved to Four Beaches from Madison, CT 15 years ago. While living in Madison Vicki was the President of the Madison Civic Women, Chair of the Madison Art Gallery on the Green, President of Madison Country Day School Parent Group and volunteered for many church, civic and athletic organizations. She harnesses her workforce development and continuing education experience to help Four Beaches continue to improve our facilities and property.

Anthony Savo, Member at Large: Anthony grew up in the east shore area of New Haven and spent many a summer day on the beach at Mansfield Point before Four Beaches was constructed.  He joined the Four Beaches community in 2014 and can be seen walking his dog Bernie, hanging out at the beach with various family members and friends, or grilling.  He has served on the Four Beaches Safety and Security Committee. As a physician and surgeon, he is an experienced listener, problem solver and multi-tasker.  During his professional career, including his years of active duty service as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Navy, he has served in leadership roles and managed multi-million dollar budgets.
