The Four Beaches Community is committed to maintaining the property with rigorous standards while keeping safety as a top priority. The following projects include some of the many areas that have and will be updated and/or maintained: 

Completed work 

In 2015 residents invested $4 million dollars on improvements for the complex that included all new fire-resistant siding, renovation of the tennis courts, and a new recycling and trash building. 

Bridge and entrance walkway repairs have been completed. 

Our 3 parking garages have been refurbished and painted.

Renovation of all first-floor lobbies, including new flooring and mailboxes, was completed in the Fall of 2020. 

New gas grill stations were added to the Great Lawn area in 2022.

All entry catwalks and stairs were replaced in the promenade areas in 2023.

A new retaining wall and grasses were added along the beach closest to the Boccee Court was added in 2023.

Work in Progress 

Replacement of wood walkways and porches will continue as needed.
