Executive Board Meeting

Due to the unavailability of Atty McCracken on Wednesday, 1/22/2025 and, more importantly, due to an imperfection in the notification requirement for public comment regarding proposed rules and maintenance standards, the Board of Directors meeting has been postponed to Tuesday, 1/28/2025, starting at 6 PM in the clubhouse.  All members of the community are invited to attend either in person or via Zoom.  After opening the meeting, the Board of Directors will motion into Executive Session until 7 PM.  The Board will then conduct a 90 minute open meeting (7-8:30 PM) and adjourn into Executive Session at 8:30 PM, if necessary.
