Town Hall Meeting
Owners are invited to attend a Town Hall meeting on Thursday, 6/12/25, at 7PM via Zoom. Our board will present and discuss our preliminary 2025-26 budget plan. This meeting is not required, but we'd like to share our budget process with you and receive community input before our board votes on the final budget at next week' s board of directors meeting on 6/18. Once voted on, this budget will be submitted to our community for an online vote by our unit owners. Those details will follow next week.

The meeting will cover our 2025-26 budget only; we do not yet have further details on the foundation construction project, but will have more to share in coming weeks.
