Special Board Meeting And Informational Opportunities

The board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 30  at 7pm to consider approving this Becht proposall, as modified by negotiations underway.  A detailed agenda will be provided by Friday, July 25.  Meanwhile, the board solicits written feedback (please provide yours to KC), and will offer a number of informal opportunities for unit owners to provide feedback and ask questions.

The following opportunities are scheduled, and more can be provided if needed.

1. "Office hours" at the pool for any and all questions and feedback, 10-15 minutes at a time in small groups: Thursday 7/24 from 6pm to 8pm; Saturday 7/26 from 10am to 12 noon; Monday 7/28 from 4pm to 6pm.

2. Group sessions on the specifics of the design proposal, in the clubhouse: Friday 7/25 10am-11am; Sunday  7/27 10am-11am; Tuesday 7/29 7pm-8pm.

3. Targeted facility tours, leaving from the flagpole, or from Bldg 1 garage entry in case of rain. Capacity is limited, but tours can be repeated.
