Meet Ben Whittemore
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Ben Whittemore, our new property manager! Ben brings a diverse and well-rounded professional background to the role, combining extensive management experience with a genuine appreciation for community, service, and hands-on work.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration at Eastern Connecticut University, but his professional journey has taken him across a variety of industries and entrepreneurial ventures. He has worked in tree care and as an irrigation technician before working for Pro-Klean Cleaning & Restoration Services as a large account sales representative. He then owned and operated All American Inflatables, a bounce house company. Most recently, he was a minority equity holder in Paladin Property Management, which eventually merged with Felner Corporation—the team he is proud to represent as he joins us in helping oversee our community.
Ben has been a longstanding member of the CAI (Community Associations Institute), where he has served on the Board of Directors, chaired the Golf Committee, and co-chaired the Emerging Leaders of the Future Conference Committee, Fall Fun Committee, and Legislative Action Committee (LAC).
A guiding principle in both Ben’s professional and personal life is his motto: to be better than he was yesterday. Whether managing property operations, working with residents, or taking on new challenges, Ben’s commitment to continuous growth and improvement is central to his approach.
Outside of work, Ben and his family are active in the local community. He lives in Hebron with his wife, their two young children, ages 5 and 3, and their two dogs. Ben enjoys fly fishing and archery and spends much of his free time tending to a thriving homestead, complete with bees, chickens, and fruit trees. If you happen to catch a wonderful aroma drifting on the breeze, there’s a good chance it’s Ben roasting his own coffee!
Ben is also actively involved in the local youth sports community, where he coaches his son’s t-ball team.
With his strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on experience, and community-minded approach, Ben is a valuable addition to our neighborhood.
