Hello Summer!

"Tis the season!"  Our summer season!  Please see friendly reminders below.  

COMMON AREA(S) FURNITURE:

• Benches & Adirondack Chairs:  Please keep these benches and chairs in the areas they exist in, near the bocce courts and on the bluff above the pool.  These items were generously donated by unit owners and approved by our board for these specific locations, for our community's enjoyment.

• Picnic Tables:  We'd prefer picnic tables stay within the grill area.  If you choose to move a picnic table to another location, please return it back to the grill area when finished using.  

FEEDING BIRDS AND OTHER ANIMALS:

• Please do leave food out or feed any animals within our grounds and pool area.  This is not allowed at Four Beaches.

• Please do not place any bird feeders or birdseed on your deck/outside space.  This, too, is not allowed at Four Beaches.

PARKING:

• Please be careful and considerate when parking in our garages.  Please do not take more than one space per car.  Please have your Four Beaches parking sticker affixed to the passenger side of your windshield.

• Please direct your guests to park in the designated guest parking areas.

POOL BATHROOMS UPDATE:

• Both bathrooms have received a "facelift."

• All cedar walls and ceilings have been scrubbed down and restored to their natural elements. Bathroom stall doors were painted a lighter color.  New doorknobs were installed.  "Shout out and great job" done by Brian. 

• New and improved lighting, including motion detection lights in men's/women's bathroom stalls.

• New toilets in men's/women's bathrooms.  All other plumbing fixtures and valves received preventive maintenance.

• Polybutylene pipes were removed and replaced. 

• We will put our painting/staining project on hold for now, and re-evaluate this in the fall season.
