Dryer Vent Cleaning

The Association has contracted with Dryer Vent Wizards of New Haven County to perform both exterior and interior cleaning of all unit dryer vents.

The exterior dryer vent cleaning is scheduled for Friday, September 26th. The interior cleaning will be scheduled at a later date. We will notify you in advance to arrange access to your unit when the interior cleaning is scheduled.

If you have already had your dryer vent professionally cleaned and wish to be excluded from this service, please provide proof of receipt by Wednesday, September 24th.

Dryer Vent Wizards was unable to complete the exterior dryer vent cleaning for approximately 15-20 units in Building 1 on Friday, September 26th.

The remaining exterior vent cleanings for these units will be completed on Wednesday, October 1st.
