The last Saturday of June welcomes the yearly East Haven food truck festival and the fireworks show is a can’t miss—the barge is parked in the water right off our shoreline!

A team of Greeters staffs the front entrance to welcome residents and their visitors, assist with delivery directions, and provide an extra layer of safety for the community during the busy summer season. Full-time maintenance staff ensures the grounds and buildings remain in pristine condition, and a regular landscaping crew keeps our lawns and plantings beautiful year-round.
